What is the visibility score?
Each question scores you by position: first pick is 100, each spot down a little less, not named is 0. We average the three. Share of voice adds up every business AI mentioned, weighted the same way, so you can see who owns the conversation in your town.
Which AI do you ask?
We use Google Gemini with live Google Search, the same kind of AI that powers answers in Google and many assistants. Other tools like ChatGPT work in a similar way, so this is a good signal for all of them.
Why do the answers change?
AI answers shift a little every time. If you're on the edge, you might show up one day and not the next. Run it a few times to see the pattern.
Why am I not showing up?
Usually it's a mix of fewer recent reviews, a website AI can't read well, or an incomplete Google Business Profile. The tips under your results are the best place to start.
